Happy Birthday little red dot!! Although we're not perfect, there's much for us to celebrate!
That little red dot
Is all that Singaporeans got.
We may not be a lot
But feeling inferior we will not!
Our country Singapore
A place we will adore.
We will achieve and soar
To greater heights from our fair shore.
We are proud of our garden city
Where there is peace and security.
It's a land of opportunities
There's progress and prosperity.
We have our own brand of democracy
We believe in transparency.
We practice meritocracy
There's no room for complacency.
Our Changi Airport is No.1
Our sea port is the busiest one.
We have beautiful parks of all sorts
We are also going to have integrated resorts!
Singapore is a food paradise
There are fried kway teow and chicken rice.
There are satay and laksa
Mee goreng and roti prata.
Singapore is a fun place
You'll meet people of the different race.
There's Chinatown,Little India and Kampong Glam
There are huge shopping centres to the humble pasa malams.
We may not be perfect in many ways
But we will be strong and loyal always.
