Sentosa with the loves couldn't get any better than this! Belated birthday celebration for Laila and myself, skyride, luge and to top it all off, tonnes of camwhoring plus catching up! Such a blast! NAD! LAILA! CHERYN! SYLVIA! FARID! COLIN! RAIHAN! HISHYAM! MY PEOPLE, with the same frequency as me- talk cock, damn lame, do retarded stuff, people-watch, laugh like we never did before- this is soooooo where I belong. Bloody fun! You should be ashamed of yourself, since I believe no one man would behave in such a way as you did today, what I define in my terms as an absolutely childish way of "managing" your anger.

Reason being, Hui Xian just told you (politely), to inform them of project work plans ahead of time, so that their schedules would not be screwed if you told them last minute.
Is it wrong?
I think she's only right to say so, because it won't be fair to them if you did it this way.

I woke up this morning feeling slightly disoriented and trying to grab at the last remnants of my dream. Disrupted it was, yet again.
On that part, I suddenly thought we subconciously choose the people we want to remain around us. The friends and people we keep, serves as reminders of the past, when we met them. My mind draws a blank when it comes to certain friends and people. Not that I know why. Images appear, but not in the chronological or coherent fashion as I would like them to. Instead, they are classified by events.
I think as I grow older, the need to make peace with my past burns stronger, yet remains as a dormant matter at the back of my mind. Appearing in my dreams when I am in similar situations, but leaving it to me to interpret. I'm looking for the answers that I never got. Its annoying. Is that why some people go back to school to teach? So that they will always be able to relive it, and never forget?
I've always been happy keeping to myself and never expecting anything from anyone. Just the people around me. Well, maybe that's got to change. I can't go through life never caring and never closing chapters. Oh well, oh well.
On a lighter note, I'm finally getting a well-deserved rest today. Awaking late in the afternoon, more sleep later if time permits, and bumming around in the home, or rather, in my room, is what I plan to do, before heading for netball this evening. I'm telling myself, "its gonna be awesome today!"

I made a new resolution today: From today onwards, I'm going to make it a point to take flyers handed out to me on the streets, by whoever.
I felt so bad when I rejected taking this flyer from this boy. You can really see the "Sian, I still have so many more to distribute before I can get my pay." disappointment spelt on his face. And at that instant, I felt so lousy about myself. I could have made it easier for him, just by taking the harmless flyer from him. Whether I dump it later or not, I don't think he really cares. He just wants to get his job done. Imagine having to stand under the sun for hours, only to be met with constant rejections. How sad is that. I know how working sucks, and I'm sure that even though it's a small act, it makes a whole lot of difference to them. A kind act goes a long way, isn't it? So friends, next time just obligingly take any flyers handed out to you, take a look and then throw it away if you wish. It doesn't take much out of you, does it? (And sometimes you get lucky and you get discount coupons! Haha!)
