Thats the masterpiece by becky, malina, khai and myself. haha. We're feeling damn soccer-guy-crazy now. We reach a daily'high' in school and nothing can take the heat off us. Everyday is just plain soccer, soccer, soccer! Fun! Done two group works so far this week, and everything we did was related to soccer in a way or another. And our teachers said we had interesting ideas! Coolness.

We have a new stature:
Malina KAKA (his 17 year old 2nd wife)
Becky GERRARD (gave birth to 5 kids for him)
Khai Theng BECKHAM-COLE (2nd Victoria, poshtoyota spice)
Fiona TORRES (gay partner??)

I'm sinking into depression. SPAIN'S OUT. Torres no more. And thats that. They played well but France played even better. Spain has a team with many young players and I believe they will have many better chances perhaps in the next WC and even other international football tournaments.

Fernando TORRES
"We can go home with our heads held high because we've performed well and this is a young team with lots of quality. I'm sure the nucleus we have here can bring more joy to the fans at the next World Cup."

SEVENTEEN!! :)

Finally. So that makes it only a year more before I turn 18. WOOHOO!
A year older means that I've gotta become much wiser, matured, independent and become more forward-looking.

Anyway, I wanna say a big big THANKS to all those who wished me and for all your lovely presents. LOVE YA GUYS! :)

Germany are through to the quarter-finals and thats awesome! The world cup's getting more intense and exciting! haha. Yes, because its the knockout stages. Lukas Podolski scored the the 2 goals against Sweden. Some perfect touch to the ball I'd must say. And I though at once, the German's coach, Juergen Klinsmann is the coolest and youngest-looking coach I've seen so far in the tournament. I love his antics when his players scores.

Ok back on track, went down to town with my family last evening. Dad and mum brought us out for dinner at the Simple Life before going for shopping. Everyone got some stuff. Mum, sis and myself got some pretty nice Zara tops- 'Summer Collection'. Fortunately we arrive home before 11pm to catch the match! :)

Oh and the thought of returning back to school tomorrow seriously makes me feel like shit! End of holidays. I dread it! No more late nights, waking up late and stuff. Well, in short, I've got to adjust back to the normal daily school routine and wake-up practices. Sigh!

Went to church this evening for Youth Alive concert-RADICALS!! They are one of those Christian bands from Western Australia. Just like Hillsongs, they were just as awesome! Church was quite packed with people from the other neighbouring churches as well. We had a great time singing and praising God as well as an opportunity to get closer to Him. Everyone was so lively and spirited. We are the RADICAL youths! haha! :) Pastor Dave from Western Australia came too. He was damn hilarious. Seriously! Cracked the whole congregation up with his stories and actions. Bought their latest cd cum dvd, All-Of-The-Above. WOOPEEDOO! Love their songs. Besides, it was sold to us at a special price. :)

WOOPEEDOO! WOOHOO-HOO! England won Group B!! Yes yes yes they did! They played exceptionally well in the first half of the match against Sweden. But poor Owen, he was substituted after only one minute in the game because of a knee injury which seemed pretty serious. Not sure if he would be able to carry on with the tournament. PRAY! Alright, so in the first-half, England were leading 1-0. Then came the second-half, Sweden made an equaliser due to gaps in the England's defence, which somehow seemed quite weak, unlike their usual. However, Gerrard came in after substituting Rooney and he scored within minutes. Then again, unfortunately, Sweden made a second equaliser in the last minute. WTH! WTH! WTH! But a draw still gave England victory in Group B and thank God they would be meeting Ecuador instead of Germany on sunday. :)

When England play their final group match later at 3am, they must up the tempo and play faster football to bamboozle the opposition if they want to go all the way at the World Cup. Combine a faster-paced approach. With the passion and unity in the England squad, the convincing results will come. They mustwill top Group B. My faith in them is there. Prove it England! Prove it!

While awaiting the match to start, I shall try completing the remaining three social studies essay.

Saturday night's BBQ was great. Food was delicious and everything went on quite well.

Celebrated Father's Day over at my uncle's place yesterday. We had potluck, where each family brought some dishes for the feasty dinner. The seafood feast! haha. Crabs, prawns, squids, scallops and whole lot of other mouthwatering dishes. Initially, we'd thought the food was all too much for us, but nothing was left in the end. We completed every little scrap of food on the table. Amazing! And thats our family of 'gluttons'! :)

Can't believe how time flies. My calendar tells me only a week left before school reopens. hurhur! I dread it. I dread it. I dread it.

Ooolala! Angmohs having a BBQ out at the pit here. Can't resist the smell of smokin' BBQed food. And I love the way they decorated the pit area. EXOTIC! The country-style kinda way and country music along with it too. Such nice ambience! They gotta be British or Aussies. haha. Their accent you see.

YEAH! I shall wait. We're having a BBQ tomorrow as we're expecting some guests over at our place, so dad's decided on BBQ! WOOPEEDOO! Haven't had BBQ for quite awhile. :)

ENGLAND had such an exciting match last night. Lampard could have scored around 8 marvellous goals but he missed it all. And yes, he did look somewhat dejected and fed-up. Crouch the super-duper tall framed striker missed 2 headers and a few kicks. But in the end, it was still England who got the 3 points, beating Trinidad & Tobago 2-0! WOOHOO! Their defence was solid. Terry and Ferdinand! ROONEY IS BACK! The prolific striker that England needs most. However, they have still got lots of room for improvement on their game. They can improve and they will improve. So thats England for you! :)

OMG!! OMG!! OMG!! Last night was real Spanish Spectacular! Spain opened their World Cup in a convincing 4-0 victory over Ukraine. Pace and panache! Even when they were cruising with a 3-0 lead, the Spaniards were not complacent. And my oh-so-gorgeous, FERNANDO TORRES volleyed Spain's fourth goal! WOOHOO! One of the SEXIEST footballers I've seen, flaunting his spunky hairdo, attractive rosy-cheeks and looks of that beyond his age (he's 22, but looks very much like an 18). And even dad and mum thinks he's hot! So I really mean hot! SIZZLIN' SMOKIN' HOT he is!

So England will be playing their second game against Trinidad & Tobago later at 12am. OH YEAH! :)

What a match! Australia played Japan last night. Unbelievable as it was. Japan had led from the 26th minute with a controversial goal by Shunsuke Nakamura. It seemed almost impossible for the Socceroos to turn things around with only 6 minutes of playing time left, but their never-say-die spirit lifted them back from the dead. The wondermakers: Tim Cahill and John Aloisi. Scoring 3 goals in 9 minutes. Can you believe it? Two of it from Cahill and the third fired by Aloisi. Incredible job I must say. Nobody would have predicted such an exciting finish. All Australia have to do now is pick up points from Brazil and Croatia. You see, anything might happen in football.

Portugal vs. Angola tonighttomorrow morning at 3am. Must watch! Placing 3 alarm clocks around me so that I'll be able to wake up to catch it. I'll be rooting for Portugal. Cristiano Ronaldo! haha. Ernestine must be screaming like mad at the mention of his name.

And last night, England fumbled and began to toil in the second half, though they eventually won 1-0. They gave the ball away too many times. Surely, they can perform better than this. It was certainly not what most England fans expected.

Anyway, I'm the happiest girl alive today. Very happy indeed. :)

Oh and the WORLD CUP begins at 12am tonight! WOOPEEDOO! Its finally here. Everyone shall speak football from now. Lunatic football fans like me and dad at least. Don't ask which team I support because its definitely gotta be ENGLAND!

I shall walk outside my place to get my starbucks frappe now so that I'll be able to survive the night with my eyes glued onto the opening game, Germany vs Costa Rica. :)

Oh my gawd!!! Caught She's the Man at orchard cine today with my friends. Inspired by William Shakespeare's play "Twelfth Night", the movie's absolutely awesome man! It had a smart absurdist streak that allows for giggles in the corner. Damn hilarious! Laughed our asses off throughout that 1h45mins. The characters were so goofy and the guys were ultimate hot stuff! Channing Tatum (Duke)! Woooooooo! I don't mind watching it a hundred more times!

Shopped around town before heading down to bugis. The weather weren't really nice to us though. It was raining and we had to find those underpasses to get from one shopping centre to the other. A hassle. Celebrities somehow seemed to be in sight today. We saw mtv vj's May and Choy, Alex Polstra and Hossan Leong in town. haha. Returned home at 8pm, just in time to catch the singapore idols results show. :)

Glanced through some of my childhood pictures. Was bored. I really miss those childhood days, although it was a period of innocence and simplicity. Things are definitely a lot more complicated now and it will get that way as we grow older. You see how the people around you change. You see how you change, and how you aim for different things. You see how friends come and go. You will see how the landscape changes. When changes happens, we gotta learn how to deal with the change and adapt to it. May be good and may be bad. I can't really remember what it was like being a kid and maybe its because I chose not to remember. I choose to remember the present and hope for the future. We can't always live in the past and wish to relive the past. Quite impossible.
