All in the day of fun! Caught Ah Long Pte Ltd at vivo, which what I felt, was a nonsensical film, thereafter, shopped around aimlessly with love while awaiting dinner at Carnivore Brazillian Churrascaria (F.Y.I. the endless flow of rotisserie-roasted meats was god damn good, and the salad bar too!) Having immersed myself fat, I couldn't walk after that. Went for the cable car ride to and from Sentosa, yes yet again! Oh awesome fun in the awesome company of my boy. (:

Words fall through me
And always fool me
And I can't react
And games that never amount
To more than they're meant
Will play themselves out

Take this sinking boat and point it home
You've made it now

Falling slowly, eyes that know me
And I can't go back
Moods that take me and erase me
I'm painted black
You have suffered enough
And warred with yourself
It's time that you won

I've never felt like this, but I think I know what hanging by a thread feels like now.

ONE DAY, ONE DAY, I'LL LEARN TO BAKE UP A STORM. JUST LIKE THESE. They look so lovely, at the same time, so delicious, don't they!

You see, if I learnt how to bake them, I could bake a lot of themed presents for the girlfriends or for oli. Besides, oli wouldn't have to eat them pretending that they were delicious. Instead, they would be delicious and he'll eat every lot! (:

I wonder where has my baking flair fizzled to! I used to bake a lot during secondary school days. Be it alone or with the pals, whipping up cookies, cakes, brownies and stuff alike.

EXAMS ARE OVER! OH FINALLY! WOOOO! What a load off my shoulders! :D

The papers were manageable. First up was FFA last friday. I was so anxious throughout the paper because I couldn't get all my balances! MIEC followed on tuesday; relatively easy and it was much better, compared to macro last semester. I never did enjoy econs to begin with, be it macro or micro, totally suck at it. But dearest Oli helped me out a lot though, through the weekend before. That boy, he's really god damn good with econs. Amazingly good. BSTA the day after that and I kinda screwed my paper. Lost quite a number of marks here and there, and you know, the paper should be easy if you really know your methods at your finger tips. Oh well, lets just wait and see. & the final CIP paper today, which went alright. The most redundant module, but still, without a choice, I forced myself to study for it. Flipped the question booklet open, and tadah, first question, on Emerging Technologies! (Btw, its a 30 marks question). & I didn't study that chapter at all! Damn smart can! Fortunately, the rest of the questions went well.

Waited for oli after the paper. Went down town for lunch and shopping before catching P.S. I LOVE YOU! OMG! The most awesome show this month; a Total.Die.Hard.Romantic.Film, which is a must catch, especially for those of you who had already read the book. Really touching love story, that could bring you down to tears. Oh the love!

Went down to Vivo after that for dinner. Couldn't decide where we should go for dinner initially. Spoilt for choices, but we were kinda cash-strapped. Nehoos, Sentosa after dinner! Decided to catch the second showing of Songs of the Sea. Had time in between, so we went on the skyride & the luge! Hell fun and something different, going on it at night instead. Pictures during the skyride was damn hilarious, you know, looking down would be so scary, at the same time, when we wanted to whisk out our cameras, we feared that it would drop! After that came the luge, my favourite! Got those candid pictures, in which I look awfully retarded. ( Olivertan, don't laugh! ) Caught Songs of the Sea for the second time, which was quite boring, the fire showing and the water display was about the only part we enjoyed.

Shall upload the pictures soon.
I enjoyed myself immensely today darling, and I hope you did too. (:

Overdued post, but still, I must!

VALENTINE'S DAY!
Couldn't do much because of a freaking paper the day after! But still, I enjoyed myself. Oli got me my favourite casablancas and came over to whip up a really awesome meal. He was really cute. His message read "Menu for the day: Razorclams with sauteed asparagus; Grilled steak tossed with black pepper mushroom sauce; Medium grilled king prawn with a tint of butter and scallops; Mushroom soup with wild mushrooms; Salad tossed gently with salt and italian dressing. All items depends on the chef wealth." Got me giggling myself mad. He makes a real good chef I must say! :D

Anyhoos, was getting a bit annoyed at soggy farts who were complaining that V'day is just an occasion for people to cash in on flowers, gifts and stuff, which is a stupid event to celebrate, and how everyday should be Valentine's Day when you're in love. (CLICHE!)

Why do you care if guys want to spend 100 or 1000 buckaroos on flowers or on some gifts! I say kudos to guys and celebrating V'day because after all, its in the name of fun and it gives people a once-a-year opportunity to express their love to people - people they've either had a crush on, are in love with or are going to marry and that sort of thing. Valentine's Day is such a useful event! Such a lovely festive air there is for all the enjoy!

Thank you for making my Valentine's so beautiful, filled with lots and lots of love. Iloveyoudeepest. (:

I had one of my biggest haul of angpao money this CNY and expectedly so, since the average angpao is now supposed to contain $10, up from $6 the previous years. Anyway angpaos aside, this CNY was markedly different from all the remaining 18 CNYs I've had because it was spent with oli! Yes, he managed to get himself out of the hospital (like finally) on conditional discharge on the very first day of CNY. Ain't he lucky!

Nehoos, was absolutely busy rushing everywhere for house vistings and stuff. The whole family get-togethers during CNY for both the paternal and maternal sides, is really wonderful. Of course the best things was catching up with all the cousins and lots of fun, plus snapshots crazeee!

& whats CNY without Taitee, TwentyOne, Blackjack, Mahjong or whatever you set your money on! Alright, I won some, lost some. haha! Luck was on much of my side on the second day, though my gambling haul might not be worth being envious over. Dad covered my losses when there were too. (:

Oli went over to my grandparents' place on the second. What touched us most was that though his eyes may not be in its best condition and lots of rest he required, he still made his way from one end to the other, just to visit my maternals (his favourite!). & of course, the guest star when he arrived, right love? hahaha! Everyone was damn curious to find out about his eye condition and all those stuff. Not to forget, Oli + Uncles + Grandpa = CHAOS! I swear, having them together, there'll never be a dull moment, filled with lots and lots of jokes and laughter. Awesome possum!

On the fourth day, today that was, the BFFs came over for visting. Great time with the girls once again, as it is always the case. Filled with gossips, people-exploring on blogs and friendster, camwhoring and just plain fun with one another. It was damn cool, having introduce yu sheng to Laila since she never had it before and explaining what the different ingredients symbolises and the toss as well. & good talks over pineapple tarts, kuek bangkits, love letters and drinks as well! Oh the love!

We are all more fortunate then we will ever know and realise, don't you think? As for me, CNY was festive and rowdy. I think I just feel really fortunate this year. We have so many privileges that we probably take for granted majority of the time, even the simplest thing like spending CNY with your loved ones and family. We should all be counting our lucky stars, really. And I think I have more than I'd ever bargained for.

Now its back to reality tomorrow. Got to get down to mugging, sadly. Exams are such spoilers okay, I don't even get to spend Valentine's because of FFA paper the day after! :/

I'll upload the massive load of pictures when I've got the time to.
As for now, goodnight netizens. I'm tugging off to bed, really shagged.

Chinese New Year feeeeel! I swear I wouldn't let the exams spoil it.
Promise, I'll mug really really hard after the week's over.
After I'm done with this post, gonna head on to do some FFA questions.

As for now, looking forward to reunion dinner tonight with the paternals' at the country club and visitings tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after after, and steamboat with my favourite mates over at my place the day after after after. hahaha! Okay, I'm bored, seriously bored. I wanna talk to oli, but I shan't disturb him since he's resting.

On the contrary, I doubt I'll be having the much anticipated fun over cny. Its official, he's gonna be spending cny in the hospital, don't know when I'm able to visit him again, since I'm gonna be so so busy with cny vistings and all for the coming few days. Argh! Everything's happening all at the wrong time. On the other hand, glad to know that there are genuine friends around; Ghis, Nad & the girls. (:

You're not reading this, but I miss you.

You know I can't smile without you
I can't smile without you
I can't laugh and I can't sing
I'm finding it hard to do anything
You see I feel sad when you're sad
I feel glad when you're glad
If you only knew what I'm going through
I just can't smile without you

Caucus

“Words are not action and as beautifully presented and as passionately felt as they are, they are not action. What we’ve got to do is translate talk into action, and feeling into reality"

But Mr.Obama came back at her.

“The truth is, actually, words do inspire, words do help people get involved.”

INSPIRING. Now I ask, what do you learn?

This is gonna be pretty random but nevertheless, I wanna speak my sudden-random-thought.

You know when you put a few grandfather clocks in the same room, they all start ticking at the same time after a while? The same goes for girls who hang out a lot together and after a while, their menstrual cycle starts to become in tune- MyGod! I am sooooo not bull shitting! Holy cow, there is a lot of magic in this, don't you think? Could it be just the cycle alone, or perhaps, sheer coincidence? Hmmm, quite impressive.

On a happier note, today marks our six months, which is half-a-year! Sounds quite long and we've come a long way. Am I right, my at-the-moment-lying-on-the-hospital-bed boyfriend? I don't think either of us went into this expecting anything much, but now, look where we are. I'm really really happy having you in my life and proud to call you my boy. (:

Alright, I'm off to have dinner now. Thereafter, going to the annual cny night market with the family. Oh and mom's bringing me to visit mister pig in hospital later.

I MET THE OL' SCHOOL BESTIE AT THE MRT STATION TODAY!
GWENNY LIM! :D
OhMyGawd! She ran towards me, and at that instant, I was shocked yet freakin' excited.
I miss you Gwen, can't wait to meet up with you and the rest after the exams.

Neehoos, lunched at vivo with Ghis before making our way down to the hospital to visit oli. The BFF was really sweet, she accompanied me, despite it being an "outing" to the hospital and more so, for my sake. Thanks Ghis, iloveyou just as much as I love him. HAHAHA! (:

I loathe visiting the hospital. Y'know, the environment there just gives you those sickly, at the same time, chilly-eery feeling! Think you get what I mean yeah? Besides, I've got phobia of hospitals. Ain't a good place to be at either. On a heavier note, the boyfriend doesn't seem to be any better, so worrying. I really hope he makes it out before chinese new year. The hospital should be the last place anyone should spend the new year. But i'm very sure he'll be fine. Stay strong baby, you'll only get better.

audacity of hope, how does that make you feel?

Some nights, the world comes to a standstill.
And everything becomes, so quiet.

i know you might not be reading this now, but pray tell everything will be fine.
i'm hoping you get out of the damn hospital soon.
my heart aches for what aches yours. :(
get well soon & i'll always be here.

Wednesday marked a fullstop to our shitful of projects and assignments alike.
And as for today, its the last day of school for us! Or rather, lessons. Not something to cheer about though, cause our final exams are drawing close. Two weeks to be sure, and study break's are in the midst of chinese new year as well. Just how bad could the timings possibly get! Argh! Stress level at a rocket high!

Oh no, we missed the last bcomm tutorial today. All of us intended to take pictures with the very cute mister shaw initially, but at the very last minute, we decided we'll skip it, very sadly.

Anyhoos, oliver's staying over tonight! YAY! (:
Loving you, always & all ways.
