Decided to skip school today. Got up from bed at 11am. Read the papers. Tuned in to 'Muttons in the Morning'. Watched cable tv. Did those homeworks. Routine stuff. Drop dead boring. My friends insists on coming over. Should I say yes? Then at least, I'll have company. Catching up and all that stuff. Swimming!
Oh well, I can't wait for Chinese New Year. I'm in that festive mood already. CNY songs playing everywhere I go. CNY goodies are all in sight. HAHA!
CHINATOWN!!! :)

Last night was a nerve-wrecking match. One of the most exciting football Singapore have played so far. This is known as, FOOTBALL AT ITS PEAK! Singapore won the match 5-4 on penalties. Backline was brilliant even without the two very experienced, Aide Iskandar and S.Subramani. Midfielders never stopped working. Strikers didn't stop attacking. And last but not least, the villain-turned-hero goalkeeper, Lionel Lewis. Our custodian made such a perfect penalty save from Malaysia's last penalty taker, taking Singapore to the finals! It was like a make-or-break situation at that crucial moment. So without doubt, all the die-hard supporters of Singapore's mighty Lions should be effing proud of our national team.
First leg of the finals on Wednesday, 31st January, where Singapore will either face Thailand or Vietnam at the National Stadium. I must be there.

Tonight will be the night that Singapore's soccer glory days be restored, or will it be another upset? I'm sure it will not be. The LIONS will prove it. Its the semi-finals showdown between defending champions, Singapore and arch rivals Malaysia. I'm truly glad that Singaporeans are actually supporting the lions all the way. And as at this time, 40,000 tickets have already been snapped up. The KALLANG ROAR will be back tonight! And I'm sure all 55,000 tickets will be sold out in no time. We shall not be fair-weather fans though. No matter what the outcome of tonight's semis are, regardless of whether Sinagpore can or cannot make it to the finals of the Asean Football Championship, please do not turn your back on the Lions. To have come this far in such a major competition, kudos should be given to this current national team. Critics should be less harsh with them, and everyone should stop underestimating Singapore's back line, just because Aide Iskandar and S.Subramani will not be available. As far as Singapore is concern, there would hopefully be no kelong opportunities at all.
Tonight will be an adrenaline pumping match! Catch the semi-finals live on Channel 5/ESPN, tonight at 7.45pm. Almighty God, bless us.

WEEKENDS HOORAY! Alright, so thank God our names weren't on the detention list. Good thing.
Met my old mate, gwen lim, after school today. (I spelled out her surname only because I have FIVE friends by that name.) Walked around and got some sushi before returning back to my place. Finally went for a swim after a long long while. Swam those laps. Relaxed in the dashing warm jacuzzi and the body massage pool. All for a total of two-and-a-half hours. You know, its only when you're in the water that you're able to forget about all those unhappy stuff that has happened. Of course, one might wished all of it didn't happen. But as cliche as it may sound, things happen for a reason. Its a bonus to have someone in company, in the pool. Someone whom I can talk to about anything under the sun. And its good to take a break from all these school stuff and all. Getting away from it when things starts taking its toll. But then again, schooling in MI rocks. One of the best moments of my life so far. :)
CNY SHOPPING WITH MUMSIE TOMORROW! I'm definitely looking forward to it.

We were late for school this morning. Pray hard we wouldn't get detention on friday. Yeah, so today was my first time being late in my entire schooling life. Never before in primary or secondary school. Can't keep that perfect string of record now. :(
On a happier note, school was awesome today. We girls had too much fun. Camwhoring during our first break was beyond what I could think of. We did stuff no one ever thought we'll do. Seriously! (Rachel's a damn good photographer, unlike Alyssa, while Gwen and myself are such drama mamas! haha!) And during the second break, we camwhored again. In the toilet this time round, along with Nad and Laila.
On to lessons now. I never had such tremendous laughing sessions during lessons before. All because of NG JIAN EN! He and his Gabriellite stories and those shit. Hilarious I tell you that guy! Thou shall not be deceived by his quiet and innocent looks. Goody-two-shoes no no. Stupid Jian En.
YES! YES! YES! We're gonna have an OG outing soon. Oh and on top of that, a BBQ with Hesper 3 too! You'll never guess what joining forces with Hesper 3 means. Oooooooo! I can't wait!
Life's the way I want it.

A story that start for being just strangers.
A guy and a girl can be just friends but at one point or another, one of them will fall for the other. Maybe temporary, maybe at the wrong time, maybe too late or maybe forever. Meeting you was fate, becoming your friend was a choice, falling in love was beyond my control.
When I first saw you, I was afraid to talk to you. When I first talked to you, I was afraid to like you. When I first liked you, I was afraid to love you. What about now?

In any case, today being a Sunday, rocks.
Mainly because of two things: 1. There's school tomorrow, I can't wait. (School became such a good thing suddenly) 2. It's the day where bitching/stoning occurs.
So yes, being the ultimate one, I will make use of this day of great brilliance to catch up on my favourite hobbies with the girlfriends. (:

Went for Ngee Ann Poly's open house after school with the clique today. NP's so happening and the atmosphere and everythings just so right. Only that the campus is slightly old. And the students there are one heck friendly. They have such a broad range of courses to offer too. Again, my interest is still on accountancy and banking & finance. We visited all the faculties except for engineering. Gawd did we see the many eyecandies! As you might have guessed it, we girls were going wild out there. Not one, not two, not three but ALL of us. OMG! Amazing time we had. Seriously, this is getting too much for us to handle. We should turn our attention back to each of our 'special one' guy. Really. Are there any ways to stop those raging hormones? My goodness. But anyway, a bash good time.
I love NP! I didn't know it was such fun. I'm in a dilemma now. NP or SP? NP or SP? NP or SP? Oh well, I shall not make too many decisions till the results are out. What if the results... Okay, I'm thinking too much again.
Its the weekends. Time to take a good break from school and those stuff. But still, I'm already counting down to monday.
Maybe a greater thing will happen. Maybe all will see. Today was catchy.

AHHHHHHHH!!!! I'M IN SEVENTH HEAVEN TODAY! :)
Goodness goodness! I don't believe myself. I finally talked to "soccer". Thank God for keeping me all calm and composed man. I didn't freak out for once. OMG! And you should see Laila's reaction. I was trying damn hard not to giggle okay, but she couldn't stop giggling. And I was like trembling all the time he stood behind me. REALLY! Reflex action perhaps. haha!
OMG OMG! Nad and I had similar dreams last night. So freaky! It was on "soccer". Both of us freaked out when we told each other about it. And that dream stuff sort of came true in school. Such coincidence. FREAKYYY!!! I've never experienced such stuff like that before. Seriously, this is the first time.
Lunched after school at Pizza Hut with Cheryn, Nad and Laila. We did our usual routines. Crap. Gossip. All that girls stuff. Absolute fun with the girls. And LAILA, my french horn is not big okay! Really! Even Cheryn agrees with me. Its a nice instrument by the way. My love.
Oh my mama! My friends are questioning me about my roots. So funny. I told them I was peranakan, and they didn't understand that, so I said 'BABA'. They understood. Then, my classmates asked me the same question too. This time, I told them I was 'baba', but they didn't understand, so I said peranakan. And yes, they understood. hahaha! Funny girlfriends I've got.
OOOOOOOOOO! I'm loving school so much. So many exciting happenings. Nice friends too. My clique. My classmates, especially GWEN SHEPHERDSON and ALYSSA. Love them man! Gossiping and talking about everything under the sun. I don't want PAE to end so quickly.
I've decided. I've got no guts to crash AC with Alyssa tomorrow.
to LAILA: I'm not BIBIK FIONA. Please. You're SMURF LAILA! haha. Saya ask my grandma cook banyak banyak laksa for you. LOL! :)
to NAD: Thanks for everything that happened today. Love you heaps dear!

FIONA IS FLYING HIGH ON CLOUD NINE!!! Seriously! OMG! I'm the happiest child alive today. I cannot be happier.
My INSPIRATION is back! Like finally. What a nice start to the week. Saw "soccer" first thing in the morning at the bus stop while on the bus. And we were all waving at him, and he smiled, grin and waved back! OMG! OMG! OMG! During lessons too. He walked past my class thrice! After school, when we alighted from the bus stop, we saw him again. This time, he was on the bus. Nad and Laila waved and he waved back. I think he blushed. haha! SO CUTE I SWEAR! Really! :)
We saw "sheetah" too. Many times. Nad was too happy. haha! Poor Laila though. "Soul" wasn't in sight and she haven't seen him for days. Its okay, tomorrow's gonna be an even better day for all of us. Yes girlfriends?
Alright, I better get down with my homeworks soon. ADIOS! :)
I wanna turn back time.

Two consecutive days flew past, without seeing "soccer" because he was absent. WHY? WHY? WHY? Stupid idiot. I hate that feeling. And so I didn't get my morning-inspiration! In turned, it sorta spoilt my day in school. SUCKS!
NAD was sucha sweetheart yesterday. The yearbook which she lent me! haha! At least that was enough to enlighten me. :)
Oh well, towning after that with the og mates. Nad, Cheryn, Laila, Liana, Malina and Beck. Had Lj' for lunch and service there was terrible of the terriblest lots! The damn woman was sucha turn off and everyone got so pissed off. Certain things cannot be mentioned in a public domain. She's freaking selfish and rude I tell you! Wth! I'll promise not to return there again. Not at least until I see her out of duty.
Fine, so we caught the movie Pan's Labyrinth. NC 16 Fantasy/Thriller/Horror genre. The movie was nice. Scary, yet touching. So contradictory right? Oh well, watch it yourself and you'll find out. Anyway, we were camwhoring our way throughout town. FUN stuff and again I say, they're such an awesome bunch of people. We were like running under the pouring rain and besides, the sky was already dark. Fooling ourselves because we were all without umbreallas. You don't have to guess it. DRENCHED! haha! So cool! But I felt really cold after that.
Anyway, 5.1's class chalet today. I just realised how much I miss all those sac fellows. Its been a long long while. Nice time catching up and playing punk. Miss Tan came too. Great great time we had together. Being the girls like we are, we were busy camwhoring yet again. Lots of it! I like.
I'm feeling so zonked out now. Its the weekends again and I can pig out! WOOPEE! Oh but that means I cannot see "soccer" for another two days. hurhur.
You know its a happy day when you fall asleep smiling!

School was not bad, apart from the fact that the ij bitch freaking ruined our day. Trying to flirt around with "soccer" early in the morning. Goodness! She only mixes with guys and like ditch one by one slowly after finding her next target. Ditched guys, poor thing.
Alright, on to other stuff. We had our classes assigned today. Its a consolation, with Malina still being in the same class as me. But Cheryn's in a different class. My new class couldn't be more sucky. I don't want to talk about it. And our clique have different lunch breaks now, so recesses are gonna get pretty boring. No more mid-day gossips and all. Oh well, we still had lunch together at west mall after school. Good time. Great company. And updating one another on the day's happenings.
Anyway I can't get that guy out of my head. I think this is what they call, love! :) HAHAHA WHATEVERRRRR!
Hopefully, it would be a better day tomorrow. And the clique's outing to look forward to after school.

Love Of A Lifetime :)
I guess the time was right for us to say, We'd take our time and live our lives together day by day. We'll make a wish and send it on a prayer, We know our dreams can all come true with love that we can share. With you I never wonder, will you be there for me? With you I never wonder ... you're the right one for me. I finally found a love of a lifetime, A love to last my whole life through. I finally found a love of a lifetime, Forever in my heart, I finally found a love of a lifetime. With every kiss our love is like brand new, And every star up in the sky was made for me and you. Still we both know that the road is long, But we know that we will be together because our love is strong I finally found a love of a lifetime, A love to last my whole life through. I finally found a love of a lifetime, Forever in my heart, I finally found a love of a lifetime. I finally found a love of a lifetime, A love to last my whole life through. I finally found a love of a lifetime, Forever in my heart, I finally found a love of a lifetime. I finally found a love of a lifetime, I finally found a love of a lifetime, I finally found a love of a lifetime, Forever in my heart, I finally found a love, Of a lifetime.
9:48 PM
School started at 9.15am today but we were all there at 8am. So we girls had a good hour of chat and gossips before assembly. The start of lectures thereafter. GP sounded interesting, maths is getting more in depth and econs seemed boring. Nadiah and Laila is in the same class as "soccer"! Unfair unfair! haha. I wanna switch to science now! This world is so small. I don't believe it. My cousin actually knows "soccer's" brother. And I just found out about it today. Anyway, lunched with the girls. Thank God we had the same recess. Stories and happenings and more and more of it! I like it that way. School ended at 2.45pm today. Cheryn, Malina, Jeff and I headed to macs, before Nad and Laila came to join us. FUN time yet again. Simply love those fellow girlfriends. A good good enjoyable bunch!
Malina and I headed back to SAC after that to collect our money! 150 bucks richer. :) We saw Mdm Kee and chatted with her for quite some time. Oh and she told us our O'level results will be out tentatively on Feb 5! Ahhhhhhh! Goodness me! I'm so freaking scared out of my wits! I'm dreading that day.
Life's good I must say. I'm loving it.

Weekend break. Don't really like it, which is quite surprising. I'm looking forward to going back to school instead. Don't ask why.
Anyway, went for SP's open house in the late morning with the girls. SP's really huge. Besides, its so convenient. The lecturers there seemed very friendly. The students too. SP! SP! SP!
Celebrated mumsie's birthday in the night without daddio, who's currently away on an overseas trip. Good meal complemented with a nice ice-cream cake!
It's the wrong kind of place to be thinking of you.

OG was ultimately awesome today! Shouted and cheered till my throat hurts now, and that sucks. We had so much fun. Especially the girls, enthusiastic people! Guys oogling ('S' guys)! Camwhoring! Gossips! Every little thing! I so love my OG members. The OGLs were really fun people, Gwen, Calvin and Zhi Xing. And our cheerleaders were great too! Made the Hespers unite with all their cool cheers! Being the naughty Hespers, we kept "bombing" and "booing" other clans. Sadly, today was our last day of orientation. Sigh. All good things must come to an end. I'm definitely gonna miss my OG- Hesper 4! Just when we were really close to one another and enjoying each other's company, we will be split up. Different classes that is. How I just wished everyday was orientation. School would be so fun then.
Anyway, I'm so high today! I can't sleep. I'm thinking about MI. No, not the school, but the people.

Have you seen principals standing outside the school gate, greeting everyone that comes by? Seldom. But our principal, Mr Tan does. I haven't seen Mrs Loh doing that. Not once. Nice gesture from Mr Tan though. DM's talk this morning was funny. He was making fun of those guys with long hair and ear piercings. He said they were suffering from "identity crisis". hah!
Anyway, OG was awesome today! Fun stuff going on throughout. We had OG photo taking. HESPER 4 won all the games we played! And we got 10 extra points for cheering loud. :)
We learnt the MI mass dance too. OMG! We had to dance in pairs, as in like a boy and a girl kinda thing. We didn't even know about it. Besides, its random pairing. Goodness me! How embarassing it was! We had to hold hands and dance along to the song I Need To Know by Marc Anthony. And we couldn't stop laughing. My partner was some guy from SA. Oh well, mass dance is alright, quite fun actually, BUT NOT WITH JUST ANY RANDOM FELLA!
Tomorrow will be our last day of OG and its gonna be a really long day. Games! Cheers! Dance! Skid! Finale! All for the one last time.

New school. New lifestyle. New people. New subjects. Welcome Millenia Institute, the school which I'll probably be in for the next three months, or rather, two months.
Had a hard time waking up in the whee hours of the morning. 5.15am! Everyone was still in their deep sleep. Having not worn my uniform for almost two months, I felt rather weird in it again. haha! Daddio and mumsie drove me to the bus stop in bedok at 6am. Took the SBS Express 506, which takes a much shorter and faster route. It goes all the way till the doorstep of the school. Met my friend on the bus. The journey took an hour. Not that bad seriously, considering the fact that the school is located in Bukit Batok. I'm like travelling from one end to the other. East to the west! Thanks to my ipod for company.
Anyway, it felt really awkward being in a mixed school after eleven years of being in an all girls environment. How much I miss those sac days now. You know, its only when you leave the school that memories of those jolly good ol' days starts flowing back. No more morning hymns and prayers and stuff. Oh well, I guess I'll get used to it soon. And thank God I had Malina in the same OG as me! We did some OG cheers and stuff today. We were down for subject combination talks half the time. Boring! I literally fell asleep. Gawd! I can't believe I'm taking chinese again! I'm such a handicap in the chinese language! Besides, I haven't learnt it for one and a half years! Anyway, I've decided on my subjects. Econs, priciples of accounts and business management at H2 and mathematics at H1. Yep, and GP and chinese is obviously a must. Lectures and tutorials begins next week. Hitting the books again! I'm having mixed feeling about it.
Tomorrow's gonna be a fun day! More OG periods! OG games! MI dance! :)

Gawd, is the little cousin of mine so adorable!
Our new addition who's a pretty four month old. The centre of attention in our family now.
We couldn't resists whisking out our cameras to snap pictures of this little one.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Adios 2006! Welcome 2007! I'm gonna make this year a really fruitful one.
New Year's Resolution 2007: -more time for myself. -get a job, which i'm badly in need of. -save more cash. -appreciate the people around me. -focus on getting the most out of life. -enjoy the simple things in life and what I have. -less stressed routine. -exercise at least thrice weekly. -make my own decisions (I must not allow the opinions of others influence what I've set my mind on). -take occasional risks. -motivate myself. -give my all in everything I do. -stop procrastinating. -take up wakeboarding. -grow more in the Lord. -go to church every week. -pray every night. -set my sight on Singapore Poly!
Motivation, rather than discipline, is the key. Resolutions that succeed are realistic, practical and from the heart.
