Our performance at Victoria Concert Hall last night was certainly one thats worth remembering. Its the most memorable experience thoughout the five years of my journey with SAC Concert Band. Everyone played well and managed to capture the interest of the audience, including percussion band, angklung band, guitar ensemble and definitely our little ones in the SACP brass band. I got messages after the performance telling me how well all of us did and how much they enjoyed themselves. :)

We left class at 9.15am. The bus left school at 9.45am. When we arrived at VCH, we were briefed on the schedule followed by lunch. Then, we got our instruments tuned up. We bummed around while the rest were having their rehearsals before we changed into our band uniform. Rehearsal for our band started at 2.45pm, followed by the preparation for the finale piece together with the other performers from percussion band, angklung and guitar. Then we had our make ups done up before dinner. Everyone had to be ready by 6.30pm. Prayer session before the concert started. The concert went on smoothly. After the entire performance ended, we saw SIR!! Our beloved ex-instructor. Everyone started crying as we didn't thought he would turn up for our concert. We were all too happy and overwhelmed with emotion that we forgot about our time. Tears flowed uncontrollably. Everyone definitely missed him alot.

I wanna thank everyone who came down to support us especially my family and my friends! Not forgetting GOD, who helped and guided us through our practices and rehearsals in preparation for this concert, listening to our prayers. He was our guidance and source of confidence during the concert and He made it such a successful one. Thanks be to GOD!! :)

ACJC Fun-O-Rama was fabulous. GOODNESS!! The guys there were hot stuff!! The school was huge, but Barker's campus is a whole lot nicer and bigger. The stuff they sold during the carnival were expensive. We used up the 20 bucks tickets in a snap. The entire ac was human-jammed-packed and what made it worse was the humid weather. But still, I enjoyed myself. :)

If there were no words
No way to speak
I would still hear you

If there were no tears
No way to feel inside
I'd still feel for you

And even if the sun refuse to shine
Even if romance ran out of rhyme
You would still have my heart
Until the end of time
You're all i need
My love, my valentine

All of my life
I have been waiting for
All you give to me
You've opened my eyes
And showed me how to love unselfishly

I've dreamed of this a thousand times before
In my dreams i couldnt love you more
I will give you my heart
Until the end of time
You're all i need
My love, my valentine

La da da
Da da da da

And even if the sun refuse to shine
Even if romance ran out of rhyme
You would still have my heart
Until the end of time
Cuz all i need
Is you, my valentine

You're all i need
My love, my valentine

Finally the end of the commerce project! I'm so glad. After one whole month of dutiful preparation, everyone's physically and mentally drained out. On a better note, eveything was done a breeze. We were organised and everything just fit into place towards the end. It was overall a success I guess. Mdm Kee said she was glad with what we have achieved and done. Everyone said our brownies were nice. Thats awesome! :)

Anyway, today's Valentine's Day! :))

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!

The commerce project sucks. Driving everyone nuts. In the midst of it. Late nights up and trying to complete the daily load of homework as well. We've got 6 more brownie kits left to bake. :) 43 kits down to 6! Thank GOD! The girls are coming over to help tomorrow. Hopefully everything goes just as fine.
